Seven Years for Gayus

Thesis :

Parliament disappointed by the decision of the judges of South Jakarta District Court sentenced the accused mafia Halomoan Tambunan Gaius tax for seven years in prison and a fine of Rp300 million. This ruling is far lower than the demands of prosecutors who want Gaius was sentenced for 20 years in prison plus a fine of Rp500 million. DPR suspect, there is intervention from outside parties that influence the decision of the court.
